About the safety of non-Islamic Guidance ( অমুসলিমদের নিরাপত্তা সম্পর্কে ইসলামী নির্দেশনা )

Prophet Prophet gave farewell pilgrimage sermon today in the field of Arafat fourteen and a half years, not just Muslims, non-Muslims have been followed. In this sermon, he said, "and my companions! Your blood, your life, your goods and the reputation of the month, like today, and the prestigious and expensive city. So, without any reason and honor each other's lives and property will not be able to destroy. Will be prohibited if, as in the days of the month, the city is destroyed ehaterama illegal and unlawful force. Muslim countries who came into the idolatrous security under the command of the (Muslim).

(রসুলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বিদায় হজে আরাফার ময়দানে যে খুতবা দেন তা আজ সাড়ে চৌদ্দশ বছর যাবৎ শুধু মুসলমান নয়, অমুসলিমরাও অনুসরণ করে আসছে। এ খুতবায় তিনি বলেন, ‘ও আমার সাহাবারা! তোমাদের রক্ত তোমাদের জীবন, তোমাদের মালামাল ও ইজ্জত আজকের দিনের মতো এ মাসের মতো ও এ শহরের মতো সম্মানীয় ও দামি। তাই বিনা কারণে একে অন্যের জানমাল ও ইজ্জত নষ্ট করতে পারবে না। করলে হারাম হবে, যেমন এ মাসের এ শহরের এ দিনের ইজ্জত এহতেরাম নষ্ট করা অবৈধ ও হারাম। যেসব মুশরিক নিরাপত্তা নিয়ে মুসলিম রাষ্ট্রে এসেছে তারাও এ হুকুমের আওতাভুক্ত (মুসলিম)।

Therefore, in accordance with the orders of the Prophet Prophet undeservedly, another non-Muslim can not take away life. The lives and property of our Muslim brothers, honor and reputation as ehateramera pots and precious to me, the same one nirapattagrahita bhinnadharmabalambira life. His life can not be taken away for no reason.

(অতএব, রসুলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লামের হুকুম অনুযায়ী একজন মুসলিম বিনা অপরাধে আরেকজন অমুসলিমের জীবন কেড়ে নিতে পারে না। আমাদের মুসলিম ভাইয়ের জানমাল, ইজ্জত যেমন আমার কাছে ইজ্জত এহতেরামের পাত্র আর মূল্যবান, একজন নিরাপত্তাগ্রহীতা ভিন্নধর্মাবলম্বীর জীবনও একই রকম। বিনা কারণে তার জীবন কেড়ে নেওয়া যাবে না।)

(তাদের ইজ্জত-আবরু, তাদের সম্মান আমাদের ইজ্জত-আবরুর সমান। শরিয়তে গিবত-শেকায়েত-কুৎসা রটানো হারাম, কবিরা গুনা। এতে আরেকজনের ইজ্জত নষ্ট হয়, এ অধিকার আমার নেই। বরং আরেকজনের ইজ্জত কীভাবে ঠিক থাকে, আরও বাড়ে এটা আমার দায়িত্ব। আরেকজনের  ইজ্জত বাড়ার জন্য যদি আমি সচেষ্ট হই তাহলে আমারও ইজ্জত বাড়বে, তাদের ইজ্জত-আবরু আমাদের ইজ্জত-সম্মানের মতো। বিনা কারণে এটা নষ্ট করা যাবে না।)

The wealth of the Muslims in our finance, financial resources for no reason anyone can not be broken, if one force is able to take the property of another, gachaba will not be able to grab. We want to be forced, or been, or steal, or robbery, however, is illegal.

Such non-Muslims who have security gachaba and their property can not be occupied. Muslims custody and conservation of resources, such as our responsibility, our responsibility to preserve and protect the assets of non-Muslims.

The provisions of Islam, we understand that people want a Muslim or Islam in the eyes of the importance of security and non-security much more. Human life for no reason, honor, respect does not take away the rights of another.

(মুসলিমদের অর্থসম্পদ আমাদের অর্থসম্পদের মতো, কারোর অর্থসম্পদ বিনা কারণে নষ্ট করা যাবে না, একজনের সম্পদ আরেকজন জোর-জবরদস্তি করে কেড়ে নিতে পারবে না, গছব করতে পারবে না, দখল করতে পারবে না। চাই জোর করে হোক, জুলুম করে হোক, চুরি করে হোক, ডাকাতি করে হোক, যেভাবেই হোক, সবই অবৈধ।

এ রকম যারা নিরাপত্তাধীন অমুসলিম তাদের সম্পদও গছব ও দখল করা যাবে না। মুসলমানের সম্পদের হেফাজত এবং সংরক্ষণ যেমন আমাদের দায়িত্ব, অমুসলিমদের সম্পদের হেফাজত ও সংরক্ষণও আমাদের দায়িত্ব।

ইসলামের এ বিধান দ্বারা আমরা বুঝতে পারি যে, একজন মানুষ চাই মুসলিম হোক বা নিরাপত্তাধীন অমুসলিম হোক তার নিরাপত্তার গুরুত্ব ইসলামের দৃষ্টিতে কত বেশি। বিনা কারণে মানুষের জীবন, ইজ্জত, সম্মান কেড়ে নেওয়ার অধিকার আরেকজন মানুষের নেই) ।
